Hello! My name’s Christine Ma and I am a fellow graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa from the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program, and from Boston University with a Bachelors in the Science of Hospitality Administration. Using all of my past experiences, I use the knowledge I’ve gained from school and from my kitchen jobs, from catering to the restaurant to the corporate office, to create or adapt recipes.
Food is my ultimate passion and when I can’t get enough of it at work, I come to my blog. Whether my inspiration comes from a dining experience, watching the Food Network or just from my cravings, these recipes reflect the food that I enjoy preparing – and I want you to be able to make them too! That’s what this blog is here for, to show you how to adapt these recipes to your own. I explore all different cuisines and even include recipes that are gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. Basically, this blog is an open book to all foods – I’m not picky with my foods!
