Add cream cheese to a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add pumpkin beer, stirring until well combined.
Add sharp cheddar, Colby Jack cheese, and salt. Continue to heat until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Remove sauce from heat and serve hot with pretzels or tortilla chips.
